Yesterday at Target, I bought a recipe book holder (holds your book open for you while you cook). Been wanting one for a while, always forget to buy it when I'm at the store. Finally treated myself to one. I decided to display my Crepes recipe book. Of course it opened to my favorite recipe, and you know what that means...I had to make them.

Chicken, Sweet Corn, Red Bell Pepper stuffed Crepes. SOOOO good. Decided to make it my picture of the day.
