MAJOR cheat day today. I should be making this at home, but I love Canyon City BBQ in Azusa! They have this great meal all in one! Baked potato, BBQ brisket, melted cheese, and a side of sour cream!! And it's not just a regular size potato, it's a MONSTER potato!! Had to take a picture of it!
