It's funny how as a adult you really cherish what your parents did for you as a child. My parents worked hard and we had simple meals for dinner. One of mine and my brother's favorite was meat burritos. Ground beef, beans, cheese and some yummy salsa. Very simple, nothing special, but something that me and my brother loved! After a hard day of cleaning, I decided to make just that. It's the one dinner that my hubby doesn't mind :) As I was grating the cheese, I saw my picture of the day :)
