I LOVE PINK JASMINE!

As I'm still recovering from this sinus infection, I decided to get out my quilling kit. For those who don't know what quilling is, it's a technique of curling paper. I first saw people's art work online, so I ordered a kit and decided to try it. It's time consuming, but a really neat art. I know a few people who are sick, so I made a few cards. Saw this design online and thought I would give it a go.

I love when it rains. In fact I shouldn't have went outside to take this picture, as I have a sore throat. But I couldn't resist! There was even some hail, but it was so small I couldn't capture it on my camera, nor was I fast enough to get my camera out. It came and went! There was a break in the clouds and the sun was shinning. It's been raining all day, I love it! I love pink jasmine. I love the smell of it. I have it in my backyard and can't wait for it to start blooming next month. Decided the sun was shinning so nice on it, that it made my picture of the day!

Every second Sunday, I bring treats to church for our fellowship time between our adult Sunday school and our service.  I decided to make some chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with cute Valentine's cupcake holders since Valentine's is coming soon. Here they are unfrosted :) YUM!

I've had this candle for a long time. I'm a season girl. I love decorating for the holidays. Every year I add to my collection a few pieces I buy or make. I've been a season girl for about 12 years now. I figured I can collect things and pass them down to my children as memories of their childhood. :) My mom has given me all the ornaments from when I was a child. It's nice that I have them and can pass those down as well.
