Had some of my friends over last night for some yummy dinner and game night. We played this new game I got as a gift from my family. It's called bezzerwizzer. A fun trivia game! It made today's picture of the day!

I decided to go for a walk this morning. Thought the rain was done, but nope. My walk was cut short, but I stumbled a pond these flowers. Not sure if they are of the orchid family, I couldn't seem to find the online, but anyways today's photo!

P.S My friend just informed me that this is a double Iris!! YAY!! I sure need to study up on these types of flowers!

OOPS missed posting yesterday...was a long day and I was out late watching my brother play some roller hockey :)

In our back yard we have pink jasmine and star jasmine. Our star jasmine is just starting to bloom. Caught the first bloom today :)

WOW!  California weather --you go from 80+ degree weather yesterday, to cold drizzling 61 degrees  today! Really wanted to head out for a walk to take some pictures, but rain says no! I took a trip real quick outside in the backyard ( I avoided the poo and left my shoes outside :) ) and captured the rain on a spiderweb :)

Had a fun time with family today! We bbq in APRIL!! It was a blazing 93 degrees today! Felt like a summer day! Got these flowers from my dear sis-in-law, niece and nephew. Love Gerber daises, they are happy flowers!

What a day! Was out taking pictures today and realized I stepped in some poo. We don't have pets, but we do get creatures in our backyard since we are pushed up against a mountain. Of course I walked in the house and got poo on the carpets. So I had to pull out our shampooer and clean the carpets. Oh well, at least they are cleaned!

I bought this three tier plate at an antique store. I love it! It reminds me of lace dollies. I use it for little sweet treats when I have company over.  One of my favorite finds!
